- Johnson Hall Apartments: 69-residence apartment building with underground parking (currently wait list only)
- Haden Hall expansion and renovation (new clinic, physical therapy suite, center for wellbeing, cafe, salon/spa)
- Health Center expansion and renovation (short-stay, hospitality-style rehabilitation space and new memory care neighborhood)
- Community Center expansion and renovation (new multi-purpose space, new library, dining choices)
- Outdoor Center and additional outdoor amenities

1) Join the Deerfield Residency Wait List.
• Complete the fillable Deerfield Future Resident Wait List Application.
• Download the completed application PDF to your computer.
• Email the completed application as an attachment to dwilbanks@deerfieldwnc.org.
2) Apply for the Expansion Wait List.
This is a non-binding reservation agreement for those seeking residency in the new Canterbury Home or Johnson Hall Apartments.
3) Submit the application fee.
This payment accompanies both the application for future expansion and the application for current residences.
