Forest Bathing at Kanuga—Sold Out
Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku and shaped by contemplative, nature-based wisdom, Forest Bathing is the gentle, guided practice of slowing down and re-entering a relationship with the natural world. It invites participants to move at the pace of the forest, awaken the senses, and listen for what the land is offering. This is not a hike, a workout, or a performance; it’s a reconnection to breath, beauty, and the living ecosystem. All bodies and backgrounds are welcome to come as you are and leave with a softened nervous system and a steadier heart. No prior experience required.
