Who Should I Contact?

How Do I Secure My Place on the List?
Please note that regardless of how quickly we receive payment and application, you will be notified of availability based on your original priority number assigned the date you joined the waitlist.
What if I already paid the $1,000 deposit and/or 10% on the expansion project when it first launched?
If you previously paid the $1,000 deposit and/or 10% on the expansion project when it first launched in 2022, no additional deposit or action is required at this time. We will reach out to you based on your priority number determined by the date you joined. Your original priority number is based on the date you joined and will not change under any circumstance.
What if I am already on the expansion waitlist?
If you are on the expansion waitlist already, no action is required at this time. We will reach out to you based on your priority number. Your original priority number is based on the date you joined and will not change under any circumstance.
What do I do if I want to join the waitlist?
If you would like to be added to the expansion waitlist, use the application form on this page to begin the process. You maintain the same priority number based on the date you originally joined Deerfield’s waitlist.
How Do I Make Payments?

When your priority number comes up, pre-sales (Kathy Foster) will contact you to ask if you are ready to make Deerfield your home! We anticipate breaking ground in 2026, with possible move-ins beginning in 2028.
