Deerfield has an amazing healthcare team that has accomplished something that is unheard of in our industry. We were deficiency free in our annual state survey for the eighth consecutive year. Every job at Deerfield is a big job, with each individual executing their duties with professionalism and attention to detail. The survey team commented on how we have been able to accomplish what so many other facilities have not — a staff vested in each other and the quality of life of our residents through a single purpose. Today we celebrate a team that has achieved a level of success that others can only dream of.
