Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS (text message) communications from Deerfield Episcopal Retirement Community (Deerfield) related to shuttle ride services, including ride confirmations, scheduling updates, delays, and service notifications. SMS message frequency will vary based on your shuttle activity. Message and data fees may be applied by your cellular service provider.
Information We Collect
When you enroll in our SMS program, we collect your cell phone number (required for SMS delivery) and, optionally, your name. We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide this service.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Send transactional and service-related messages about shuttle rides
- Provide real-time updates and operational notifications
We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Consent to Receive Messages
By signing up, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Deerfield. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
