11th Annual Holiday Craft Market

Friday, Nov. 3, and Saturday, Nov. 4

10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

The 11th annual resident-led Holiday Craft Market will be held in the Blue Ridge Room for two days again this year!

Many Deerfield residents were involved in the creation of fine arts and crafts for years before arriving here. Having honed their skills and talents, they’ve continued their “retirement vocation” in their cottages and apartments, or in the Deerfield arts and craft areas. They are creators of fiber art pieces, jewelry, scarves, woodcraft, pottery, note cards, paintings, mounted photographs and other items on which they work and exhibit during the year.

While the date of the market is set to allow time for Christmas or other holiday shopping and mailing, purchases are often saved for birthdays or other occasions throughout the year!

At an earlier craft market, one of the resident organizers was approached by a future resident who raved about the quality and variety of the items being sold. He related how he and his wife decided to drive to Deerfield and see what kind of “wares were being peddled.” Expecting to find only simple, crocheted pot holders & folded napkins, etc., they were amazed at the wide variety of beautifully crafted items being sold.

We look forward to seeing you there!
Please note that payment can only be made by check or cash, no credit card sales.
