Chef Patrick rocks Deerfield’s kitchen making 14 soups a week from scratch! We joined him in the kitchen to get an idea of what it’s like to accomplish this feat and we can only say that it was impressive. We captured him on Thursday making one vat of Chicken and Rice soup and another of French Onion Soup, to be served over the weekend. He makes the soups 1-2 days ahead of serving to allow the spices to seep into every delicious bite.
