Mother’s Day in the Bistro

The Dining Team created a beautiful dining space and delicious menu to celebrate Mother’s Day. Residents enjoyed an array of entrée and side dish choices, including Smoked Salmon Crepes, Roast Beef Tenderloin, Chilean Sea Bass, Mushroom Risotto Bake, Waldorf salad, and so much more!

The floral arrangements included a large bouquet in a carved ice vase. Dining team member Jose Duarte created a beautifully designed hand-carved watermelon. It was a lovely day of celebration at Deerfield!
