Deerfield Woodworkers gather one Friday a month in the Wood Shop to help residents with their small furniture repairs. One worker calls it Wobbly Leg Day because they fix a lot of wobbly legs on chairs and tables.
These craftsmen provide a great service to their fellow residents who find the system extremely convenient and fun to watch.
While some of those who work in the shop have been drilling and planing for years, others just started after they arrived at Deerfield when they finally found time to try something new.
